At Sonanova, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Items that are damaged due to misuse, normal wear and tear, or improper handling are not eligible for return.
Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the product. After receiving and inspecting the item, we will initiate your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
In case of defective or wrong products, we will provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless stated otherwise.
